01. How do we book Daisy & Moss for our elopement?

All we require from you is a signed contract, a 25% deposit; with the remaining one month before your elopement date.

02. What is the best time of day for photos?

Rule of thumb for best lighting for photos is during the last few hours before the sun sets (we call this golden hour), or the half hour after this happens. First thing in the morning can also prove very beautiful, as can some moody storm clouds. As creatives, we like to embrace most of what mother nature throws our way!

03. How long before we receive our images & video?

Between 8-10 weeks, but strive to get these you sooner if possible (season dependant). We always send through a few sneak peeks to tie you over until the full gallery is ready to roll.

04. Can we tailor a package to suit?

For sure! All our packages are completely customisable to reflect exactly what you’re after. Just drop us a line.

05. Will our New Zealand marriage license be legally recognised around the world?

You betcha!

06. How many people can you fit in one helicopter?

Up to six people, weight dependant.

07. Where are you based?

We are based in Wanaka, but love to adventure around the area abroad.

08. Are extra guests an option?

Yes! Please do bring along the some of fam or part of the crew - we’re here to accomodate for up to 30 people. Drop us a line and we can chat details and numbers as an add on.

09. What happens if our helicopter can’t fly due to weather conditions?

Around here we’re all about forward thinking and being flexible, which is why we always recommend booking in a day or two for your stay in the area either side of your chosen date as a back up. Alternative locations are also sometimes an option.

10. Is an elopement for us over a big wedding?

As the world spins with more & more information it’s easy to get caught up in the malaise of throwing a big wedding that isn’t true to you. Eloping is the best way to keep things humble yet bespoke and in the moment. Adventurous with a solid dose of luxury in the mix. Daisy & Moss is set apart from the ordinary. We empower couples to experience the best day of their lives that is unique to their love.

11. What about locations & how do we choose?

Fear not, this is our expertise! We have a vast list of incredible locations for you to make it official. Think mountain tops over-looking glorious valleys or lakes, glaciers landings, alpine lakes; rivers, local lakeside nooks, sweeping grassy fields or native forests.

12. How many images do we receive?

This totally depends on the day and how long your selected photography coverages runs for. We guarantee there will be no shortage though - photos are taken from start to finish, and the best selected and curated in post production to narrate your story. Anything inadequate will be culled out and you’ll receive the rest!
